{ Adrianna and Andres | Second Shooting with Joshua McDonald Photography }

Now that the season is winding down, I’m finally able to go through a few weddings that I photographed with some local Colorado photographers!

Adrianna and Andres’ wedding was full of everything gorgeous – venue, florals, dress, and man oh man the two of them!  Adrianna moved to the states from Argentina to peruse a career as an interpreter and Andres is United States born with parents from (and who still reside) in Greece.  The bridal party was full of beautiful, exotic women from South America and many of Andres’ family members were in attendance from Greece.  Not only was their day full of love, but CELEBRATION was in the air!  Following their beautiful ceremony (which the rain stopped just in time for) the party kicked off with a professionally choreographed dance and the dancing lasted late into the night.

Congratulations, and a big Thank You to Joshua McDonald Photography for asking me to tag along.

{ Jessica and Brad | Asheville Wedding }

One day, not too terribly long ago, Colton and I went into Best Buy to visit Ben.  While we were waiting, we were looking at Televisions and bumped into Jessica.  I can’t describe how happy I am the cosmos brought us into Best Buy that day… Jessica and Brad flew us out to Asheville, NC to capture their BEAUTIFUL wedding weekend.  These two, who just moved out to Colorado, are such an amazing couple.  They both have such big hearts and surround themselves with a great group of people.  When I first heard that Brad was having 14 groomsmen, I was amazed to hear a groom had that many close friends… After the rehearsal dinner, I realized why Jessica and Brad had such a large wedding party.  They both genuinely love their friends, and this wedding party was full of fun, loving people who clearly care about Jessica and Brad to the ends of the earth.

Brad’s parents opened up their home for this incredible wedding, which only added to the feeling of community and love.

Again, I am SO incredibly glad to have run into this amazing couple and am honored to have been a part of their wedding.

{ Laura and Steve | Della Terra Mountain Wedding }

Laura and I met back when we both worked at Victoria’s Secret.  Needless to say, I think both of us are glad those days are behind us now that we both have “grown up jobs”… or so I tell myself sometimes.

When I heard that Laura and Steve were in a relationship, I was thrilled for the two of them.  Laura then wrote me to ask if I was available in October, and I couldn’t of been happier for the two of them and honored to photograph their wedding.

For their engagement photographs, we trekked up to Breckenridge in the wind and cold.  They were troopers for putting up with the elements while I made (okay, kindly asked) them to freeze themselves late into the evening to catch the Ice Castles at night.  I thought we had some wind at this session… Until we photographed their second session up near Johnstown at a friend’s ranch.  HOLY WIND.  But again… troopers.

On October 11, 2014 Laura and Steve tied the knot up at one of my favorite venues, Della Terra Mountain Chateaux.  Estes park is just so beautiful, and we even caught the tail end of the fall colors.  During their ceremony, the wild turkeys decided to make an appearance… and kept coming in droves to give their gobbles of approval.  We spent the duration of Laura and Steve’s romantic portraits being cold… again asking the two of them to be troopers.  And they were just that.  What an amazing couple these two make, a true team.

Thank you for having me be a part of your Wedding day, everything was so beautiful.

{ Kimberly and Adam | Stonebrook Manor Wedding }

The Graves family are very near and dear to my heart.  When we found out the Kim and Adam were tying the know, I was so incredibly excited for the two of them.

After photographing their Engagement session down by Mile High Stadium, I was not surprised to hear they would be having a Broncos Themed wedding.  Their love for this team was as apparent as their love for each other, and was even mentioned during their vows🙂

Looking back on their October 4 wedding, I am just filled with joy for this couple.  The ceremony was heartfelt, I believe every member of the family had tears of joy as Kimberly joined her groom up at the alter.  We even were graced with an Orange and Blue sunset, blessing their union from the heavens above.

I found it quite fitting to have had their reveal on a Broncos Sunday.  GO BRONCOS.

{ Meagan and Jeremiah | Boettcher Mansion Wedding }

On October 4, 2014 Meagan and Jeremiah were wed at the Boettcher mansion on Lookout Mountain.

Their day was not only full of love, but sparkly details as far as the eye could see (and those shoes?!?  AMAZING!).

Now we all know that weddings don’t always go as planned, however, this was a first for me… the fire alarm was tripped just after the ceremony.  Not to worry though, all that meant was an opportunity to take pictures on the fire truck!  How often do you get that opportunity?🙂

After the building was cleared by the fire department, there was joyful dancing and one of the most fabulous cakes I’ve ever seen.

Congratulations, Meagan and Jeremiah!

In late September, Brittany and Nick traveled all the way from Kansas to say their “I Do’s” in beautiful Larkspur.  On September 27, they were wed at Perry Park Country Club, which was incredibly breathtaking.

{ Leslie and Dominick | Engaged }

I’ve known Leslie for, well at this point, probably most of my life.  Our families used to all get together for the “fun” holidays… you know, the 4th of July, New Years Eve, Broncos Superbowls (yes, it’s a holiday!)

I was SUPER excited to hear that Leslie and Dominick were getting married… and in Newport Beach of all places!

For their engagement session, we trekked up Mt. Evans from the East at 6:30 AM to catch the Sunrise coming up over the mountains.  The sunrise was nothing short of incredible.

After seeing the natural chemistry these two have, I am SO excited to capture their big day next July!
